IT service levels offered at the summit.

1   Introduction

The following is the list of the different service levels that IT can provide at the Summit.

Each service level details the resource requirements and the expected time required to deliver the service. The time includes the startup and verification of IT, but it does not include the verification of the service by the end user.

2.1   Level 0

Verification of fibers state prior to the startup process.
